First, we meet. At this meeting, we’ll lay out the scope of work, listen and understand your dream and vision. We’ll estimate the time and services for the project and develop a budget. Then, we’ll Present the Design. This is when you will see the design concept and rendering. Finally, we will Create the space. Now we make your vision come to life! We are happy to work with your contractor or we will serve as project manager by specifying, ordering and managing all aspects of the project.

Our initial consultation is just a conversation. I will ask simple questions in order to understand your goals and priorities. Once we get in deeper to the conceptual design phase, I will send a questionnaire and other ways to prepare for our sequential meetings.
This depends on the type of project and how involved you want to be. We evaluate it on a project by project basis.

We work together up front in the conceptual phase to define what your goals and vision are. We try to get them as clear as we possibly can so that we can provide the best design solutions the first time. When revisions do happen, we work collaboratively to stay efficiently on track.
Yes, there is a Design Agreement that explains everyone’s roles, the scope of the project and the fees. It will be reviewed and signed before the start of the project.

Yes, I can absolutely help! The style of your space is defined by so many factors. It will be defined as we go through our design process.
